Our Customer Service Team makes it easy for you to place an order, check the status of a shipment, solve a problem, ask a question, or determine title availability. In addition, we supply you with status and cancellation reports according to your requirements.
TitleTales Specialists
Our TitleTales Support Specialists are available to provide assistance with searching for print or audiovisual materials, submitting an order online, or answer questions about standing order plans.
Our Specialists will help you register for the site, retrieve existing usernames and passwords, or answer any general questions about TitleTales.
